Vera Manoukian is the Senior Vice President and Global Brand Head for Hilton Hotels & Resorts, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of Hilton’s flagship brand.

As a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Vera is known for driving brand growth, maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance. She most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Denihan Hospitality, where she led branding, sales, marketing and operations, and managed the company’s growth and development pipeline. Before that, Vera acted as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Starwood, where she was responsible for the company’s largest geographic region, seven brands, 68 full service and luxury properties and $3.4 billion in revenue.
